In accord with the purpose of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice to promote and maintain a high level of public trust in appraisal practice, the Keystone Society of Appraising Professionals (KSAP), comprised of licensed and certified appraisers in good standing across the United States, provides licensed and certified real estate appraisers access to peer review of the appraiser's real estate appraisal reports, peer assistance in addressing regulatory agency challenges to appraisal reports and peer assistance and advice concerning appraisal techniques and methods.
